IT that people can rely on
One Day Systems is a technology consulting firm serving the Kansas City metro that evaluates, designs, integrates and deploys IT and network projects for schools and businesses.
The stack grew by exception. A network refresh has a deck and no owner. Endpoints carry workarounds. Cloud is a second system nobody drew on the same page. People keep working. The project stays on the list.
What is actually running, who is routing around it, and which refresh has been waiting on a quarter that never arrives.
A network, endpoint, and cloud standard the people who support it can defend — not a catalog of everything a vendor can sell.
Identity, access, and the tools already in use, connected on purpose so the new piece does not become another island.
Staged so the week continues. Documented so support still makes sense after the project team steps back.
A clear read of what is in place, who it serves, and what has been waiting: network, Wi-Fi, endpoints, cloud, and the gaps that are actually blocking the work. You leave with what to keep, what to retire, and a sequence you can explain.
Ask us about your district's process — we'll tell you straight whether we fit.
Yes. One Day Systems serves the Kansas City metro on both sides of the state line.
Project-based: evaluate, design, integrate, deploy. We are not a ticket-queue MSP.
Often within days of scope agreement. Multi-site school work follows your calendar, including summers and breaks when that is what the buildings need.
Documentation, credentials in your name, training for the people who use it, and a clear handoff.
You can use what we build for your organization for as long as you like. We keep ownership of the underlying designs and tools, so we can keep improving them and reuse them on future projects. You can't resell or hand it off to another company without asking us first. It's all spelled out in our agreement before we start. No surprises.
Almost never. We document what you have, keep what still fits, and plan updates ahead of failure, so you only replace what you need, when you need it.
